Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is a financial institution that operates based on Islamic sharia principles. In Indonesia, there are 14 types of Islamic banks that compete to expand market share. Islamic financial literacy and service quality are important factors that influence customer decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy and service quality on the decision to become a BSI customer partially and simultaneously on UNHASY Faculty of Economics students in 2024. The approach used is causal associative with quota sampling technique. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula and obtained 77 respondents. The data were analyzed through validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS. The results show that both variables have a significant effect on the decision to become a customer. The implications of these results emphasize the importance of Islamic financial literacy and service quality in shaping students' trust and decision to become BSI customers.
