PENGARUH PERAN ACCOUNT OFFICER DAN PEMBIAYAAN MUDHARABAH TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MEMILIH MENJADI NASABAH DI BMT-UGT SIDOGIRI CAPEM ROGOJAMPI KABUPATEN BANYUWANGI

This research uses quantitative research methods with the type of survey approach. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear analysis with using SPSS version 23. The results of this study are the role of account officers partially influencing the decision to become a customer in BMT-UGT Sidogiri Capem Rogojampi with a value of 2.766 greater than the 2.048 (2.766>2.048), with a significance level of significance of 0.010 less than ? = 0.05 (0.010<0.05). And mudharabah financing partially influences the decision to choose to become a customer in BMT-UGT Sidogiri Capem Rogojampi by obtaining 2.232 greater than 2,048 (2,232>2,048), with a significance level of 0.034 which is smaller than ? = 0.05 (0.034<0.05). Then for the simultaneous test results the role of account officers and mudharabah financing significantly influences the decision to become a customer in BMT-UGT Sidogiri Capem Rogojampi with a value of 8.988 greater than 3.34 (8.988>3.35), and a significance probability of 0.001 <0.05.
