PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. BPR TIUR GANDA CABANG BELITANG OKU TIMUR

Abstract

PT. BPR Tiur Ganda Cabang Belitang OKU Timur is one of the companies
engaged in financial services, including serving trade, industrial, service, consumer
and agricultural loans and accepting savings and deposits. Motivation is what causes
to channel and support human behaviour so that they want to work hard and
enthusiastically achieve optimal results. The analysis technique used in this research
is to use the correlation coefficient formula. The data type used is primary and
secondary data with questionnaire data collection methods, and the data technology
used is quantitative analysis. These results indicate that motivation has a powerful
effect on employee work discipline at PT. BPR Tiur Ganda, East OKU Belitang
Branch.
