PERANAN PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN BAHASA INGGRIS DI SMA DARUSSALAM TUGUMULYO

The aim of this research is to find out how to improve the success of teaching and learning in English Language Education at Darussalam Tugumulyo High School and the extent of the teacher's role in supporting the level of success of the teaching and learning process in English Language Education at Darussalam Tugumulyo High School.
The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, namely product moment correlation analysis and multiple correlation with the f-test. The results of this research are the efforts of English language teachers to improve the success of teaching and learning in English Language Education at Darussalam Tugumulyo High School, namely by using learning models: a) The social interaction model family, which is more oriented towards abilities that solve various social problems, b) The information processing model, namely the learning family which is more oriented towards mastery of scientific disciplines, c) The personal development model, this model family is more oriented towards developing the personality of the learning participants, d) Joyce's behaviorism, which is a model oriented towards changing behavior.
