Abstract

The aim of this research were to determine the effect of work motivation, competence and compensation on employee performance. The quantitative approach is implemented in this research. The method of research survey on 85 respondents is taken by purposive sampling (judgement sampling) and questionnaire as an instrument of research. Analysis testing requirements used normality test, homogenity test, linearity test and regression significance with model testing is path analysis. Findings signify that competence direct positive to compensation.
